Individual Psychotherapy & Family Interventions
Compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults — in English or Spanish.
About individual psychotherapy & family interventions
We provide individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults — and family therapy for households navigating transition, conflict, or a member's mental health challenges. Our approach is evidence-based and client-centered: we match the therapeutic model to the person in front of us rather than applying a one-size-fits-all framework.
For children, we use Play Therapy techniques that allow younger clients to process emotions and experiences through developmentally appropriate modalities. For adolescents and adults, we draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, and Psychodynamic approaches — selected based on presenting concerns, treatment goals, and the client's own preferences. Sessions are 50 minutes and available in English and Spanish. Telehealth is available for established clients throughout Florida.

Frequently asked questions
We are a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.
We use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Humanistic therapy, Psychodynamic approaches, and Play Therapy for children. The approach is tailored to each client's needs, age, and goals.
