Vocational Evaluations
Employment and disability-intersection evaluations — supporting individuals, referral agencies, and employers with clear, actionable documentation.
About vocational evaluations
A vocational evaluation examines the intersection of an individual's psychological and cognitive functioning with their ability to work. These evaluations are used in disability proceedings, workers' compensation cases, vocational rehabilitation, and employment-related legal matters — and are accepted by Florida's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), attorneys, and administrative courts.
We assess work capacity, transferable skills, aptitude, cognitive demands of prior and potential occupations, and psychological barriers to employment. Reports are written in the clear, specific format required for legal and agency use. We work directly with referring attorneys, case managers, and vocational rehabilitation counselors to ensure the evaluation addresses the exact questions at issue.
